VOTED, upon request and approval of Utah State Deputy William I. Kelly, to merge Our Lady of Guadalupe Council 15741, Salt Lake City, and Salt Lake Council 602, Salt Lake City, with the merged council to be known as Salt Lake Council 602, Salt Lake City.

VOTED, upon request and approval of Utah State Deputy William I. Kelly, to merge Sacred Heart Council 16006, Salt Lake City, and Salt Lake Council 602, Salt Lake City, with the merged council to be known as Salt Lake Council 602, Salt Lake City.
