All,
I would like to have NO MORE THAN 3 state people at each Mass.  I don't want a lot of faces people do not recognize.  We will have Knights who are members of the council helping out at each Mass as well.  We will need the most help at the Spanish Mass which has a weekly attendance of 1,000.  Parking is a real challenge for this Mass.  Either get there 30 minutes early or be prepared to park blocks away.  Pro tip:  There is a small subdivision under construction just north of the church.  Great place to park late.  That Mass is typically 80 minutes long.
An ad will be going into the bulletin for next weekend as well.
Juan Arriaga, a Knight since December (and now a 4^th Degree) will be speaking after each Mass about his experiences with the Knights in the few months he has been a part of the order.  Fr. Silva will be adding his personal endorsement of the Knights after Juan speaks.
For Star Council we will have programs.  We SHOULD have membership.  All we need is some help getting the required number of people at our Insurance presentation at our next council meeting on May 15 and I will be gone by then.

Next weekend we will have a Church Drive over at St. Joseph The Worker on 20/21 April 24.  Request that we show up to the Church at least 30 minutes early so we can hand out materials to incoming Parishioners.  For the Spanish Mass at Least 45 minutes early.  See Andy's note below:

Sun 11:30AM (400) - William Mundy
Sun 2PM (Spanish) (1,000)  - Frank Carmona, Marco Gonzalez
 
Would like to have at least 3 state level people at each Mass to assist Andy with this effort..   Please let me know when you can attend.   
Shooting for at least 8, We should be able to get Andy a double star out of this

At the parish council meeting this evening I received clarified numbers.

If coming to the 2PM Mass, be aware it is 75 minutes long at best and parking on site is full at least 20 minutes before Mass begins.

XXQuarterly District Master Training (Virtual)

Quarterly District Master training will continue on Monday April 22, 2024 at 8:00 PM EST. We will discuss end of Fraternal Year planning (award applications, making sure forms are submitted, preparing for the next Fraternal Year) and our continued build up to the 4th Degree's 125th Anniversary in February of 2025. These training sessions are restricted to the current District Masters and Vice Supreme Masters of the order.  Darryl Barrios who is the executive trainer for the Supreme Council records all the training sessions and we can make those available to the Vice Supreme Masters and District Masters who may not be available for a particular training session.
