Dear Sir Knights and Brothers,


I hope all is well. We finally received approval from the VA Administration Hospital for the VA cookout. The cookout will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025. We could use the help of 6 of our brothers to ensure an easy event for all. We are asking you to hold the date open for now. After we meet with the administration official and discuss the details with them on this coming Monday, We will send you additional information regarding the site and time etc. Thanks VJ for taking the lead on this project for our veterans.

So the date is set for Sunday Oct 19th , Reregistration begins at 12:15pm to 12:50pm and shootout begins at 1pm.  I notified our DD who is also in charge of Youth events, don't remember his title, to inform the State the Date and Location of the event.
