Knights of Columbus Padre Pio Assembly 2636 is hosting a Fourth Degree Exemplification at Saint Ann parish in Salt Lake City, Utah. Invitation Flyer and Meal Reservation Form (PDF). Deadline for candidate registration (and dinner reservations) is January 19th. Candidates should arrive in appropriate attire no later than 12:30 PM on Saturday, January 27th.
