Sharing information as it becomes available... again more info will be coming.
We will be holding the Provincial meeting Saturday, September 20th at Saint Olaf Catholic Church in Bountiful Utah. The hotel is just down the road, at the Hampton Inn in Woods Cross Utah. I was able to get a lower rate at the hotel with a block of 13 rooms, here is the hotel link and information:

"Dress Code"
The meeting will be business casual (slacks/polo) for all - if you are comfortable wearing the uniform all day please feel free to do so... I know it can be a pain to try and change clothes before Mass so up to you. I will try and leave enough time between the meeting and Mass to go back to the hotel and change into uniforms (*This is subject to change for District Masters - if this changes I will let the District Masters know).
District Masters please plan on being in uniform/regalia and being a part of the Honor Guard for Mass. Dinner we will still be in our Uniforms.
State Deputies and guests, please feel free to bring your uniform/regalia and join us in the Honor Guard - this is up to you.
Other information
As of right now I've heard back from the 4 DMs they will be in attendance, and 2 State Deputies. Also the possibility of a couple of Marshals. I'm still putting together ideas of things to add to the agenda but I want this to be your meeting - what do you want to learn, how can we help each other with best practices, etc. 

District Masters - please send me topics or things you would like covered. Also, please plan on presenting - What are some best practices from your district, what worked for you last year, and most importantly what are you going to do differently.

XXHill AFB Catholic Community Annual Summer Picnic

Greetings brothers,           The Hill AFB Catholic community is holding their annual summer picnic on Sep 21.  The Knights of Columbus Council is going to use this opportunity to hold a recruitment event.  They were also thinking it might be an opportunity to cross of an insurance event as well.  So on behalf of council 16127 I would like to invite you and your families to join Christ Prince of Peace on base for a fun time.  The Chapel supplies burgers and hotdogs and soft drinks then the parishioners do a pot luck.  Generally the Philippine community gets together and rolls Lumpia at the Chapel a day ot two before and bring it to the picnic.  The Knights supply table coverings, manual labor and supply beer and wine for the "Red Solo Cup Lounge."  The Knights will also hold drawings for prizes through out the event.         The picnic will start after the 0900 Mass and the majority of Knights will go on Saturday so they can help with set up Sunday morning.  If you and your families are able to attend please let myself and the GK Stacy Labarko CC'd know so we can make sure someone meets you to get you on.  We will start set up around 0800 so someone can meet you at the visitor center to get you on and just climb in your vehicle so you can leave when ready. XXAnnual Carmelite Fair (Third Sunday in September)

2024 Carmelite Fair — to support the Carmelite nuns. Sunday, Sept. 15, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the monastery, 5714 Holladay Blvd., SLC. Free and open to the public.
