N/A Mon. 9/2 2-4pm ~~ Beer Booth: I have updated the events calendar and put all dates the booth will be open that are confirmed with the director of the Fair. It is time to sign up ASAP. As of the writing of this email The Demolition Derby has 7 volunteers, The Mud Bogs has 5 volunteers, Friday night Rodeo 4 volunteers, Saturday night Rodeo has 5 volunteers, and the Monday afternoon Rodeo has 5 volunteers. If you have never done this event and have questions, please reach out. It is open to all parishioners who are 21 years old and above. Husbands and Wives are encouraged to participate. This event is our largest fundraiser and needs a lot of volunteers over 5 different nights. For those who need a permit or need to renew their current permit go to www.utahpermit.com. We will be having a meet up to help with the permit on Sunday July 28th from 1 to 4pm. Snacks and drinks will be available. The council will reimburse you for the cost of the permit if you send me the receipt. If you have a permit, it is good for 3 years from the date the permit was issued. Thank you to those who have signed up to help with the beer booth. We still need a lot of volunteers. Please Consider helping this year.
